Refund Eligibility

Timeframe: Refund requests must be initiated within 3 days of payment.
Genuine Reason: A valid and genuine reason for the refund must be provided.

Your registered account information (email and username).
Payment receipt or transaction ID.

Lead Management System

Refunds are processed at the discretion of our support team after verifying the validity of the request. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Refund requests made after the 3-day window are not eligible. Refunds will not be granted if the reason is deemed invalid or unjustified by our team.
